To provide operational and administrative support to Project Manager to define and implement projects and fulfil necessary management requirements.

Education and Qualifications


  • Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent  

Preferred Qualification

  • Professional certification in project management


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Analyst/Officer/Coordinator in public/ private sector organization

Key Accountabilities

  • Organize meetings (as directed by Project Manager) with concerned EARTH department and/or program/project team to discuss customer requirements and/or to gather the technical requirements of the requested services
  • Provide documentation support related to project planning including phases/work streams, key activities, milestones etc.
  • Facilitate flow of essential information and coordinate with working group (program/project teams, EDGE Group & Subsidiaries, customer, manufacturing partners and suppliers) for all the day to day matters related to project execution
  • Track project progress and provide timely updates on whether progress is being accomplished towards specified objectives
  • Maintain project risk register and raise potential risks on timely manner
  • Identify trends and shifts in project execution patterns and highlight the required changes or adjustments
  • Record and maintain all project documentation and ensuring data integrity
  • Organize regular internal and external (customer) meetings to communicate project milestones achieved and provide status update on projects. Document and circulate minutes of the meeting to all related parties
  • Prepare regular project management reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) as agreed and on timely basis
