The Project Manager, is responsible for executing projects at the cluster and entity level. The Project Manager directly supports the Chief of Cluster and coordinates with the Strategy Program Management team to ensure timely progress against defined project and initiative KPIs

Education and Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field required
  • MBA or a Master’s degree in a related field desirable

Qualifications and experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in strategy departments or management consulting
  • Experience in UAE/MENA markets is highly recommended
  • Experience in the defence/security space highly desirable

Key Accountabilities

Project Management:

  • Oversee and own the results of defined projects and initiatives within the cluster and at the entity level if relevant
  • Ensure progress against project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability and allocation prior to start
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Maintain detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; assess progress against defined KPIs
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and raise red flags to leadership where appropriate
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation at the cluster/entity level
  • Distribute ownership of project streams to relevant owners within the cluster/entities to ensure appropriate load-sharing for defined projects while regularly reporting on project status
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Reporting / Relationships:

  • Indirectly reports to the Chief of Cluster regarding projects and their completion / status and directly to the VP of Strategic Programs


  • Coordinate with and, where relevant, oversee and assess external consultants brought on to execute cluster/entity projects and initiatives
