The Coordinator Marketing is responsible to coordinate the marketing activities of the department, for managing vendors, help the marketing associates prepare for campaigns, events and brand products. The role supports the Director Marketing in coordinating with other departments, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports, and to manage the office activities.

Education and Qualifications


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field


Qualifications and experience

  • 0-2 years’ work experience in a B2B marketing or communications role
  • Experience in UAE/MENA markets is highly recommended

Key Accountabilities


  • Assist the Director Marketing in coordinating the marketing campaigns and events
  • Coordinate on behalf of the Marketing department in relation to their participation, presence, sponsorship and activities in exhibitions
  • Gather customer feedback to inform BD and product teams
  • Help prepare marketing materials and tools for EDGE, clusters and entities under the direction of the Director Marketing
  • Disseminate all marketing material across all departments in line with the established branding guidelines
  • Manage organizational and specific partner websites as required
  • Coordinate efficient administrative support, to ensure that all marketing events are coordinated across different parties
  • Coordinate and ensure the provision of all marketing activities and resources covering calendar, meetings, invitations, communication, equipment, etc.
  • Preparing reports, memos, invoice letters, and other documents
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages, along with filing and retrieving marketing records, documents, and reports
  • Helping the Director of Marketing prepare for meetings and if required, accurately record minutes from meetings
  • Using various software, including documents and presentation software
  • Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Making travel arrangements for executives and provide general administrative support regarding this
  • Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner


  • Maintain relationships with key personnel in branding and marketing agencies and in strategic marketing positions such as organizers or high-profile defence exhibitions
  • Work with consultants as required
