The Senior Specialist of Talent Development is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager Talent Develop in formulating talent management policies and is responsible for conducting all talent management related activities including performance reviews, career management (career path, competency matrix and progression, succession), and talent development.

Education and Qualifications


  • BA/ BSc in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or in a closely related field such as economics, business, administration or industrial relations
  • HR-related certificates (e.g., PHR, SPHR, etc.) are preferred


Qualifications and experience

  • A minimum of 5-8 years working in a HR talent management position

Key Accountabilities


  • Help in the development of performance management framework to support the establishment of a performance culture
  • Support the execution of talent management strategy and conduct the training and development programs for the talent pool
  • Help in the identification of succession plans in coordination with the leadership teams and department heads
  • Help the Senior Manager HR in drafting entity talent management policies (as required) and recommend changes to ensure adequate talent development in the clusters and entities
  • Coordinate EDGE’s performance review across functions and support functional directors with the required tools and assistance to complete performance review cycles
  • Modify and update EDGE’s processes and procedures regarding performance management, career management and talent development based on a periodic review of the policies by the Senior Manager Talent Development
  • Execute and coordinate EDGE’s training and development programs, graduate development programs, scholarship programs, and programs for Nationals
  • Manage the design of Personal Development Plans (PDP) for EDGE employees in order to structure their development in line with identified training needs
  • Coordinate EDGE’s relationship with external training vendors and manage the requirements as needed
