OVERVIEW

To perform technical admin activities at project site including and not limited to gather status of fleet, GSS, GSE etc on daily basis; assign routine tasks to on-site maintenance team as per the maintenance plan and ensure completion of maintenance activities; prepare deployment plan and ensure the readiness of all personnel and equipments, assist in the delivery of technical training etc. in order to ensure smooth operations of maintenance and related activities.

Education and Qualifications

Education

  • Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent
  • Professional certification in computer course

Experience

Minimum 5 years of technical maintenance support  experience in public/private sector organizations

Key Accountabilities

  • Collect status of fleet, GCS, GSE, cannibalization, maintenance materials, AOG/IOR etc. on daily basis and report to end user
  • Assign routine tasks to on-site maintenance team personnel as per the maintenance plan and as advised by Operations Manager
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed according to scheduled/unscheduled maintenance plan and feedback to end user if there are any incomplete tasks
  • Follow up the unscheduled parking of aircraft and GCS due to technical modification, troubleshooting, maintenance issues or AOG/IOR, and update customer, as and when required
  • Coordinate with customer for their additional requirements including and not limited to urgent staff deployment, temporary change for flight, aircraft maintenance etc.
  • Prepare deployment plan and ensure that the readiness of aircrafts, GCS, GSE, Tools, POL, personnel/specialists, materials, GHE/GSE
  • Generate technical reports including and not limited to minutes of meeting, safety investigation etc. for internal and external purposes
  • Assist Operations Manager during ATP/FATP/training on site, if required
  • As assigned, accomplish safety and housekeeping checks of designated work areas
  • Manage emergency situations including accommodation required from internal and/or external departments/company
  • Perform any other task related to site administration activities, as directed by Operations Manager
