Education and Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification, preferably Masters or comparable, with strong emphasis in project management, organization or related field
  • Certification in project management is preferable¬†
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in running PMO of large programs
  • Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable¬†

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage all related tasks to the Digital Transformation Program
  • Defining the program management processes and procedures that will be followed
  • Supporting the management of the schedule and budget at the program level
  • Defining the quality standards for the program and for the program's components
  • Drive, coordinate and follow up the overall roadmap of the program
  • Supporting effective internal and external resource management across the program
  • Support for personnel and other resources, contracts, procurements and organization
  • Providing document and configuration management (knowledge management)
  • Providing centralized support for managing changes and tracking risks and issues
  • Experience in the setup of a large programs and program management offices
  • Experience in supporting transformation projects in complex multinational/ holding company organization settings
  • Experience in driving a complex structure of external and internal resources and stakeholders
  • Experience in organizing and controlling complex and large programs
  • Clear and confident communicator

Key skills

  • Strong MS Office, MS SharePoint and MS Project skills
  • Knowledge of key process metrics with the ability to track for progress
  • Knowledge of program management best practice, systems and third party providers
  • ERP skills are a benefit
  • Proficiency in the English language, Arabic is a plus
