Senior Project Manager, Digital Transformation Corporate Services

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration with strong emphasis in Strategy, Data Analytics or related field
  • Certification in Strategic Program Management is preferable e.g. PMP, SPM
  • Minimum of 12 years in Strategy and Digital Program or Project Management and 2-3 years in a management role for a consulting or medium to large corporate
  • Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable 

Key Accountabilities

  • Deploy the Digital Transformation vision and agenda for EDGE Group corporate services (Human Capital, Finance, Procurement, Reporting, CRM and Business Support)
  • Manage major Digital Transformation projects for corporate services over all entities
  • Define Digital Transformation project requirements and accountabilities across corporate services. Include initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and close-out and benefits realisation
  • Investigate adoption of new tools and systems for corporate services to transform EDGE Corporate into an digital forward organization; Design a framework for rollout across clusters and entities
  • Advise on best practices to better leverage Digital Transformation across the group for corporate services
  • Work with colleagues from other digital functions to facilitate solution exploration and fast prototyping
  • Design, develop and implement tools to help in the identification of synergies and improved digital integration and coordination across the group for corporate services
  • Work closely with the business to collect feedback, incorporating in the product, as well as maintaining and improving its functionality over time
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders throughout the group, including at the cluster and entity level. Facilitate the development and adoption of new technologies and systems
  • Deliver change management and communications plans for corporate services necessitated by digital transformation projects as required
  • Experience in development, implementation and monitoring progress against Digital Transformation objectives and goals
  • Experience in implementing Digital Transformation projects in multinational / holding company organization settings
  • Experience in sharing best practices within corporate services
  • Experience in multi project management
  • Experience in leading big teams internal/external
  • Experience in steering multi external vendors
  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to secure buy-in at all levels across a wide-range of stakeholders both internally and externally
