Education and Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business or Technology, or other related field
  • Additional technical qualifications related to SAP / Oracle, etc. would be highly desirable
  • Project Management (PMP) certifications would be desired
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Digitization and Process Management
  • Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable
  • Experience of heading a large digital transformation journey for a large corporate

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive the Digital Transformation for all processes (from engineering, order management, logistics, manufacturing and MRO, HR, FI, Procurement, Process Management, Customer Relationship Management)
  • Driving efficiency, accuracy, transparency and speed in all business service processes
  • Create a best in class fully digitized and scalable group with high automation and integration
  • Detail the high level digital target picture for all operations and service processes over the whole group
  • Be the business partner for all digital requirements from the operations and service departments
  • Drive the harmonization of processes and systems over the whole group
  • Support the business in Process Management
  • Being the owner of the process nap
  • Support the implementation projects of the digital tools
  • Create a end to end target picture for all operations and service processes
  • Deliver the brand promise of a strong digitization and automation
  • Drive the digital innovations
  • Support business needs with ad hoc solutions and long term strategy
  • Bridging the gap between business and IT
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing Digital Strategies
  • Experience in leading transformation projects in complex multinational/ holding company organization settings
  • Experience in building up and leading teams
  • Experience in harmonizing processes and systems over a large number of entities with different business needs
  • Implementation and running big change programs
  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to secure buy-in at all levels across a wide-range of stakeholders both internally and externally

Key skills

  • Oracle or SAP, Microsoft
  • Deep Knowledge of processes across all functions
  • Knowledge of Digital best practice, methodologies, systems and third party providers
  • Proficiency in the English language, Arabic is a plus
