Design and manage EDGE Corporate’s financial planning and budgeting cycle as part of the annual business planning cycle and long-term strategy

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or other related field

Certification in Finance related subject is preferable e.g. Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM)

Key Accountabilities

Develop EDGE Corporate’s budget by coordinating with senior leadership, cluster heads and relevant entity leaders. Review submitted budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures

Lead the consolidation of group, cluster and entity budgets and business plans into a consolidated budget and review with Chief Finance Officer and Head of Business Support for endorsement and final approval

Maintain an efficient financial reporting system to enable the production of management information for monitoring EDGE Corporate’s financial performance and comparison against budgets

Support the Chief Finance Officer and Head of Business Support and the cluster Finance Business Partners in providing advice in regards to improvement opportunities in entities’ financial planning and reporting

Lead the analysis, interpretation and communication of financial information and manage the development of periodic management reports to reflect the overall performance of EDGE Corporate


Supporting Accountabilities

Experience in development, implementation and monitoring progress Finance - Planning and Analytics objectives and goals

Experience in implementing transformation projects in a multinational / holding company organization

Experience in sharing best practices with entities across clusters

Clear and confident communicator with the ability to secure buy-in at all levels across a wide-range of internal and external stakeholders
