Identifying training and development needs within an organization through appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources department

Education and Qualifications

Education

  • A Bachelor degree in Business Administration / HR / or equivalent

 

Qualifications and experience

  • 3 - 5 Years of relevant HR experience in an employee relations function

Key Accountabilities

  • Identifying training and development needs within an organization through appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources department
  • Assisting line manager in conducting performance management system
  • Assist as needed with the training of all managers and staff regarding performance management and the appraisal process.
  • Preparing training for the year
  • Finalising training budget
  • Designs and implements induction program. This will be presented to all new joiners.
