The GL-203/D cartridge was developed for use in riot control and the fight against crime. The projectiles are launched to dislodge people and disperse groups of offenders through the effect of the tear gas agent. It has a low-voltage electric activation system, and the projectiles are launched by gravity (without propulsion).
