We have evolved from our first four machines to an integrated suite of no less than 100 advanced machine and system tools, including the revolutionary CNC milling, CNC turning, chemical processing, non-destructive testing, shot peening, PVD coating, and plastic injection.

At EPI, we assist with product development throughout all stages, from early capacity assessments and prototyping all the way to final manufacturing and process design. Included in our manufacturing engineering solutions are process capability studies, precision machining, prototyping, CAD/CAM programming, application engineering, manufacturing process design, and production process development.

From our cutting tools center equipped with advanced precision engineering technology, we manufacture cutting tools and re-sharpeners that are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and precision and ideal for a variety of operations, including milling, drilling, and reaming, among other things.

On top of measuring and inspection of cutting tools, we provide custom-made cutting tools for all applications, five-axis cutter grinders for tool re-sharpening, self-measurement probes and 3D simulators, and manufacturing and re-sharpening services for carbide and HSS tools.

Through our established Physical Vapour Deposition coating process, we provide a variety of standard and bespoke coatings. These top-of-the-line coating services enable our clients to maximize the life and performance of their equipment.


Continually monitoring and controlling all our products and production processes, our expert team guarantees that our precision engineering solutions satisfactorily fulfill our internal and external client requirements. That is why at EPI, we zero in on training our staff to get operator credentials and participate in reassessment programs, enabling us to increase the number of self-inspection deployments across departments.
Our Statistical Process Control framework takes this a step further by optimizing sample techniques and redefining critical features necessary for compliance with our Quality Policy. Our inspection process is carried out using traditional inspection equipment, such as vernier calipers, micrometers, digital high-gage measuring equipment, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), and hexagon machines equipped with PCDMIS for offline programming.

Metallic Laboratory

To achieve industrial standards, we are prepared to regulate the characteristics of materials, such as multiple aluminum grades, titanium, steel, and stainless steel. This is accomplished by strict supervision, which includes inbound inspections, thorough inspections during the components production stage, and post-heat-treatment processes evaluation. Among our test capa are the following:

  • Material surface hardness with machines capable of Vickers, Knop, and Rockwell A, B, C techniques
  • Analysis of case-depth hardness (white layer) and microstructure (including moulding)
  • Analysis of chemicals using spark optical emission spectrometer (OES)
  • Non-ferrous material electrical conductivity measurement (aluminum grade/Eddy currents)

Calibration Lab

Within our scope of processes, our highly skilled team performs in-house equipment calibration that may involve dimension forces, torques, electrical systems, and furnaces. Our calibration service is administered through a dedicated software platform, monitoring all associated data and notifications. This enables equipment to be recalled within the stipulated verification time.
